Saddle Brook is a township situated in Bergen County, New Jersey. Saddle River Township was created on March 20, 1716, making it one of Bergen County’s oldest municipalities. Its historic name was derived from the Saddle River, a well-known tributary of the great Passaic River. On November 8th, 1955, Saddle Brook adopted its current name, replacing Saddle River Township. Saddle Brook has a population of 13,659 residents and the ZIP code: 07663.

There is little crime, and the school system is decent, with three elementary schools distributed around the town, and one connected middle and high school. There are many highly-rated bars, restaurants and coffee shops where residents can enjoy delicacies and socialize with each other in the weekend or after a long day at work.

The pancakes are super fluffy and delicious and the Taylor Ham Egg served on a Kaiser Roll is tantalizingly filling. The food is fairly prized and served in generous portions to ensure you get a great start to your busy day. The customer service is exceptional and the staff tries their best to deliver your food on time. The coffee is fresh and made to your liking. 
  • Goodfellas Ristorante: This classic warm Italian bar & restaurant has been serving delicious Italian cuisine to the people of Bergen County since 1991. If you are hunting for a family-styled restaurant, look no further than Goodfellas Ristorante. The restaurant’s Halibut special garnished with capers and lemon sauce is exceptionally good and a must-have if you are visiting for the first time. Be ready to travel back in time as the voice of Frank Sinatra serenades you in the background while you sip on a glass of Pinot Grigio and dive into a juicy steak that is prepared to perfection.

  • Saddle River County Park: The Saddle River County Park consists of 596-acres of park area stretching from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park and extending to Glen Rock. It is located on the Saddle River and includes 5 sections, all connected by paved paths that are open to both bicyclists and pedestrians. You can go hiking on the off-road trails or fishing at the Park waters which harbor schools of bass and trout.
