I have been the attorney for the Grand Cove I Apartment Corporation, now known as the Grand Cove I Condominium Association for the past 7 years. Joshua Baris has served on the Board of Directors for my entire tenure as Grand Cove attorney. Josh is a very conscientious Board member. He takes the time necessary to fully understand the issues facing the community.
